	Andlauerhof Basel: Topping-out ceremony in thanks for the builders January 27th 2012 the ceremony for the builders and all other involved who have worked on the renovation of the building took place at the Andlauerhof in Basel. More than 100 guests went to the Petersgasse 36 in Basel. After some introductory  words of the chairman of the board of directors from Andlauerhof AG, Ivo Bracher, Andreas Lutz of Bettinger Holzbau followed with a topping-out-poem. With adept words and a glass of red wine a toast was drunk to the luck of the building Andlauerhof. Despite the fire that destroyed a big part of the roof structure, the work progressed well. The spacious apartments for sale, the unique lofts and the big city houses with emergency call and available services after the standard bonacasa® will be ready to move in at the end of 2012 / at the begin of 2013. 	Rohrbach: The work progresses well Due to a poll in the population the building project at the Sägi-Toggiburgstrasse has been named Sunnehof. In the meantime the project has been optimised with the future operator of the home for the elderly. Also, the ground situation was clarified.
