Our contribution to sustainability
Our project Lochzelgli places great emphasis on sustainability. All the residential buildings are based on cutting-edge ecological guidelines, and meet the Minergie standard throughout. This is a voluntary construction standard that provides for energy efficiency and the widespread use of renewable energy. At the same time it improves quality of life, boosts competitiveness and reduces environmental pollution.
The Minergie label is awarded if the building meets the certification body’s planning specifications, distinguishing it as a forward-looking investment based on its high energy efficiency, in light of the debate around energy consumption, energy costs and the 2,000-watt-society.
Minergie buildings consume as little heat energy as possible.
Minergie is about investing in the future, both for ourselves and for future generations:
- Lower heat energy consumption
- Higher quality of life
- Better value retention
- Less environmental pollution
